Item numbers at Utilis
All item numbers at Utilis have six figures.
Order designation
We recommend that you should always enter the order designations in the search field in the E-Shop without characters/special characters and spaces. See example:
1602-0.5-2.5 R SPT G20 UHM30 = not recommended
16020525RSPTG20UHM30 = recommended
Note: No distinction is made between upper and lower case. If you cannot find and item, use fewer characters in your order number from the end to the beginning.
Product availability
You will find the stock availability or the replenishment time on the respective product page.
Technical information
The technical information can be found in the respective product variation overview (catalogue list).
Prices in the Utilis E-Shop
All prices in the Utilis E-Shop are the official prices of Utilis AG. We have no influence on the prices charged by our representatives.
Orders
Quick entry
The quick entry facility can be used to place tools in the shopping cart in the required quantities quickly and conveniently. Simply enter the item number or order designation under “Quick entry” and specify the required quantity.
Order history
You have access to your entire order history for the last two years in the “My Utilis” area. You can quickly and conveniently reorder all of the tools that can be found here, or add a watch list.

Order cancellation

Minimum order value
Orders in Switzerland are subject to a minimum order value of 80.00 SFr. There is no minimum order value for orders from other countries.
Special tools
Sending inquiries to Utilis about special tools
Please use the form in our online shop for special tools. Describe your requirements in as much detail as possible and include drawings/models. We can be reached daily from 8:00 to 12.00 and 13.00 to 17:00 hrs. by phone on +41 52 762 62 62.

Special tools that you have ordered previously can be reordered directly via your order history.

Delivery & Returns
Delivery addresses
You can delete, modify or create new delivery addresses in the “My Utilis” area.
Delivery costs in the E-Shop
Switzerland: Standard delivery carriage free for orders via our E-Shop.
There is a surcharge of 23.00 SFr. for express deliveries.
Europe: Fixed price for each EU country. See delivery cost link in E-Shop.
International: Delivery costs will be determined according to weight and shown directly in the E-Shop.
Delivery times
Orders placed by 16:00 hrs. will normally be delivered on the next day within Switzerland. International orders will be delivered within three working days.
Returns
Product returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Please always be sure to provide us with advance notification of your returns. A processing fee of a maximum of 20% of the value of the goods (minimum 35.00 SFr.) will be charged for returns. The material must be returned to Utilis AG unused and in the original packaging. Please call the responsible processing employee by telephone to clarify settlement of the fee.
