multidec®-broach – punch sd-brm

SD-BRM single edge grooving punch – flexible for hexagonal profiles, fast and still highly precise.

Several width across flats can be realised with one tool. This gives you increased flexibility while at the same time reducing tool requirements. In addition to significantly reduced process forces, you are given the option of dimensional corrections.
The absolute position orientation through our multidec®-BROACH shank system significantly facilitates the tool change. Due to the possible higher feed rates compared to solid profiles, the process times are only marginally extended.
You will find further punch tools, such as square, hexagonal and Torx punch tools in our standard punch programme multidec®-BROACH.
