The high-pressure solution

The new high-pressure solution developed by UTILIS (up to a maximum of 200 bar or 2900 psi) ensures optimum delivery of the coolant to the cutting edge. The very compact and robust design and the stainless steel construction are the main features of this product.

The range includes several straight and swivel fittings with connection diameters of 4 mm as well as several quick connectors. By using these, the time-consuming unscrewing of the high-pressure hoses is no longer necessary. This means more efficiency through short machine downtimes.

The high-pressure hoses are available in a wide range of lengths with various connections. Reducing fittings, extensions, screw connections and spare parts as well as coolant distributors round off the programme.

The low-pressure solution

The range of the low-pressure solution for operating pressures up to a maximum of 30 bar or 435 psi includes a straight fitting as well as a swivel fitting with a connection diameter of 4 mm for the use of a polyurethane hose.

Analogous to our high-pressure solution, we offer reducing fittings, extensions, sealing plugs and sealing rings. The polyurethane hose with an outer diameter of 4 mm is supplied in a length of 1000 mm. Accordingly, the user can cut the required length individually.
Compact coolant distributors made of light metal round off the range.
