Engraving is a metal-cutting process in which ornaments, lettering and decorations are cut into the material. The removal of material creates a surface structure that stands out visually against the background. Engravings made in this way have the advantage over other processes of being long-lasting.
The programme offers standardised, ready-ground carbide gravers that perform very well in all materials, as well as pre-ground semi-finished products for self-grinding.
Advantages:
Standardised tools with point angle of 30°, for engravings from 0.2 to 2 mm
Pre-ground blanks, with lapped rake face, available for individually grindable tools
